Hey guys!

Im totally wide awake now, so I can't really go back to sleep. Maybe later in the afternoon for a nap. Haha! Woke up early this morning as I had to help my mum send my sister to school since today is her first "period", which is the worst day for any woman since the pain is really excruciating. No elaboration on this matter. You guys should know. Haha!

I can't believe school is starting soon. Only 2 more weeks. I don't know if I should be sad or happy. During this vacation, I just slacked and chilled all the way. Haha! Well, hopefully the new semester has a positive note to it with new tutors and lecturers. Hopefully we can get along well.

Oh, I borrowed some books from the library and amazingly, I managed to finish reading a book in one day! I can't believe it myself! Wow! Haha! Never really accomplished this before. Usually it takes me like a week to finish a book. :)

Oh man! David Archuleta has stiff competition right now! True fans, please support David all the way! GO DAVID!

Watching the news on TV and reading newspapers..
Have got me thinking..
Why can't the world be at peace?
Is it that hard to make peace with one another on the planet?
Why do we need to bomb each other's country?
Or kill innocent lives?
Just to bring in the message..
That "I hate you"..
Or "You better give me what I want then we'll have peace"..

I mean, we are all human beings..
We are all the same species..
We are homosapiens..
So what makes one different from another?
Personality? Skin colour? Language? Dialect? Country? Religion?
Those may be true..
But we have the same pair of Eyes..
The same Nose..
The same Mouth..
The same pair of Ears..
The same pair of Hands and Legs..
So, in conclusion..
Is it hard to make friends with each other around the world so that the world can be a happy and peaceful place to live in?

Today's post is all about the latest movies I watched. I must say there are a lot of good movies that are coming out at this time. Truly awesome! I wish I could watch all of them at the cinema but as you know, money needs to be in your pocket in order to do that. Anyway, here are the reviews:

Step Up 2: The Streets

If you enjoyed watching Step Up (apparently I did not watch the first part so these 2 movies might link), you might enjoy this movie. With its loud thumping music piercing through your ears, you can be ensure that you will have a bigger headache if you are watching this movie with a slight headache (believe me, I know the feeling). Anyway, it's quite a fun movie to watch if you are into hip-hop and break dance. Also, in the movie, there are some things which one has to be commited and has to balance his or her commitments. Overall, you enjoy it and learn something from it too at the end. :)

The Spiderwick Chronicles

I just watched this today since today is the last day of the March holidays and my family thought we could enjoy our last day as a family together before the busy life sets in tomorrow. For a short duration of time, this movie is actually quite good. Although they say it's not as exciting as Narnia, it still has the attention-grabbing factor. With its wierd (is this the right word?) characters and cool, special effects, I bet the whole family would be able to enjoy this movie. With its simple plot, you can immediately connect with the movie. Not forgetting that there are funny, happy and sad moments in this movie, so I give it a thumbs up for the variety of moods in the movie.

1. The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian
2. The Forbidden Kingdom
3. Kung Fu Panda (looks fun when I watched the trailer. Haha!)

I've never been so obssessed with a talent show before like this season's American Idol and one of the contestants as well! In my opinion, this season's the best of the best! Great singers, great talent, great songs, great show! I can't say enough praises about it! Awesome! :D

Oh and I just remembered. My exam results are in less that a week's away. *Grits teeth* Hopefully they will turn out good. :)

I totally love his voice so I got his songs frm his performance in my music playlist! Extremely talented! Everytime he sings, he juz sends me this tingling feeling in my body and I’ll feel calm and relaxed juz hearing his songs. Love it! Love it! Love it! :D

As you noe Im getting the cough now. *Cough* *Cough* Damn irritating and it hurts my throat so much. Hopefully it gets better in the future.

Today I went to the library and borrowed some books. I borrowed a storybook and books about Adobe Photoshop since I wanted to learn to use the program so much. Itz cool to edit pictures! Cant wait to hit the books and start learning!

Hey guys! Today's post is all about television and movies. Yup. Let me just review on the 2 recent movies I have watched ever since my vacation started.

The Seeker: The Dark is Rising

Initially I thought the story was good as I have watched the trailer before and the special effects were awesome. But when I watched it, I was only able to enjoy only the special effects. Itz a very simple plot and there is no feeling of excitement and climax. Itz like poof tatz it? Anyway, itz not not bad overall when the special effects are great like the dark fog and the main character's awesome powers. So you can choose to watch or not watch it. But since I like fantasies, itz cool with me. Oh, and in my opinion, the main character is kinda cute! Haha! :)

The Game Plan

Oh man! This movie is damn hilarious! Itz great for the whole family to enjoy and it amuses you. It teaches you the value of life and family. Moreover, there are also funny and wacky scenes that will make you tickle your funny bone. There are also some scenes which are emotional and touching. *wipes teardrop from eye* Overall itz great! :D

I think The Rock is a good actor although he was a wrestler. He can make a career from acting. Anyway, if you want a funny movie and to have the whole family watching it together, this is for you. :)

American Idol

As for American Idol, I totally love David Archuleta! He has a mature voice for his young age and he's totally an awesome and brilliant singer! I hope he can win the title of American Idol! Although there is stiff competition, in my opinion, he stands out from the rest. You rock my core man! If he has an album in the future, I'll definitely buy it coz he is amazing and his voice is just soothing and pleasant to listen to. U have my support David! I'll root for you all the way! :D

I really like the picture above a lot from 100 Plus. It juz inspires me a lot to improve myself better in my life whether itz in swimming or studies or juz life itself. I'll strive to be my best at whatever I do.

Finally, I can catch up with television! Finally got the time to watch the shows I wanted so much to watch. But the shows are mostly at night so my weeknights always make my days. Also, not forgetting animes! Haha!

Management Accounting: Killer and I'm kinda worried about the results *grits teeth*

Hopefully all goes OK. Hope I can pass all the modules! I dun wanna fail! NO!

Dunno what to do for this vacation. Should I work or juz chill this vacation? Still thinking..

Examz in 2 days..*panics*

From the phrase above, you should be able to guess that the examz are juz around the corner. Hopefully everthing goes well and I am able to go through this with peace, tranquility and confidence. But before that, stress, stress, stress! Study, study, study!

Hey! Nothing much to blog today except that I've recovered around 80% since last Friday and here are my 2 companions who were with me for the past few days. Meet Axe Oil and VICKS VapoRub.

Examz are in 2 weeks and I am not ready. *Panics* :X

Hey guyz! Finally have the strength to blog this entry. Why? Since last Friday, I was down with the 3-in-1 illness, consisting of fever, flu and headache. So, you could well imagine how torturing it was to go through all that till today.

The above picture shows me in the library resting while waiting to give tuition later that day. I know I'm supposed to rest instead of giving tuition but might as well I get it done since it was a Friday and I can rest during the weekends. Thanks to all my friends who were all concerned about me when we went to lunch together. Really appreciated your concerns! :D

Now, Im kinda feeling better although there is still some flu. Oh, I would like to apologise to my classmates who went to the NTU talk yesterday. Sorry guyz, I couldn't make it yesterday! I was really feeling ill and my head was feeling heavy.

Hey! Itz been quite a while since I last blogged, so let me juz update on watz been happening in my life these past few days.

School as per normal in this second semester. This semester passed by so fast that examz are getting nearer and nearer and the stress level is getting higher and higher. The modules that I'm taking are also quite challenging, so hopefully I would be able to go through the examz with confidence and calmness.

Let me see..oh I almost forgot what I was gonna blog next. Haha! The list of students going for attachment next year has been released and I juz found out my attachment is going to be in the second semester while most of my classmates are in the first semester. It seems that it was so nerve-wrecking for all 2nd year students to know who is going for attachment early next year by the look of their faces and everyone being anxious and all. Haha!

3rd year is coming and I have yet to keep myself fit. Oh no! Muz start already! Cannot procastinate! Gotta hit the swimming pool and running track more! If not, I'm dead. Anyone want to come with me? :X

These past few days, I have been reading news about unexpected farewells from people whom we think would still be with us for as long as we think they would exist.

Celebrities. Children. People.

This goes to show that life is fragile. We cannot predict when would be our turn. They may look normal. They may look healthy. But you never know. I know many poeple do not like to hear this, but it's reality. However, what makes a person different from another person in terms of perspective of life is treasuring it as if it is the only one in the world.

So please. Do not waste your life away. Enjoy life. Treasure life. Peace to you all.
